Warranty Information – HeatingCoolingParts

Most HVAC brands require the defective part to be sent back to us for any warranty claims. It can take up to 4 weeks for approval of warranties.

Some warranties do not require the defective part to be returned. However, you must call us with your order number so we can determine if a return is necessary. Samsung and LG parts must be sent back for warranty processing, along with the required information listed below. Please note, a $14.95 shipping charge applies to all warranty replacements requested more than 30 days after the purchase date. All warranty requests must include the following details:

  • Appliance Type

  • Appliance Manufacturer

  • Appliance Model #

  • Appliance Serial #

Warranty replacements are subject to shipping and handling fees. A $14.95 charge applies for standard items, $95.00 for oversized items, and freight items range from $150.00 to $500.00, depending on size and destination.

Please be advised that defective Samsung parts must be returned to qualify for a warranty replacement. HeatingCoolingParts does not cover shipping costs in either direction for these items.

Warranty periods vary by brand and manufacturer. Most parts come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, physical damage, or certain components such as filters, fuses, and igniters.
